  3. Hi there,

I’ve just been watching a documentary on the Belgian tv. I am overwhelmed about the drive and courage of the people in your organisation. For us here in Belgium it is almost impossible to understand the danger in which you try to change the lifes of women in Afghanistan. I will spread the word here and wish you a future in which respect, awareness and understanding are normal values.

All the best. And all my respect!

  4. I am a women leaving in Belgium (Europe). We had also a period, where women had no rights, no voting rights, we could not go to school etc..
Now there are still some differences, especially in the religious environments. Women may not become priest, priests may not get married etc..
Somehow, it seems that the difference in genders, has found its origin, within the religious world, ruled by men.
Maybe, religion is created in order to get control over women and children?
We know today, that women in developed countries have a higher IQ than men (James Flynn). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_R._Flynn.
We know today that women leave longer, have stronger resistance, have better health etc..
They are the only human being, that is able to have children, and to ensure that mankind can continue to exist.
More and more scientist are convinced, that we used to leave in a Matriarchal world, where women where considered to be the leaders. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matriarchy.
So keep up the good work !! ……….Because……….. when god created men, SHE was only joking.
How can European women help you ?

  7. Ms. Vrints is correct on all points! Our world needs women like Noorjahan Akbar and I admire her dedication. I am looking forward to a woman as President of the United States, hopefully in 2016. One of my priorities is to urge my government here to assure that women’s rights is a world-wide priority. Across the globe WOMEN need the strongest encouragement to assume education, independence and governmental power!
